Lets Go of Panic

I began my abundance course on May 1. I found that I have lots of suppressed fear, disapproval and a not so suppressed worry habit. So far (after a week) I have proved to myself that by releasing I am able to go from stark raving terrified/panic to complete bliss. And the bliss is lasting for longer and longer periods of time. I am really grateful for the phone coaching (which I have needed about every other day). Here is a really big gain/miracle that occurred this past Sunday. After doing the pride cd and releasing on my relationship with my mother (who I judged as living her whole life in pride which I hated her for) from whom I have been completely estranged for 6 months, called me to say that she loved me and was not willing to live her life without me in it. People who know my mother and me and our drama are completely amazed. I have worried and quilted and frustrated and judged myself over this issue with my mother adnauseum. After releasing completely on it she called totally out of the blue. It almost knocked me over. I am becoming a believer. Thanks so much for being there.

Life Changes Dramatically

You asked me to send some gains, so, here they are: Since taking the Abundance course for the first time, and reading your Abundance book, my life has changed dramatically for the better.

In 2001 I was diagnosed with panic/anxiety disorder. This problem left me somehow invalid. I was afraid of riding the subways, of being in enclosed places, etc, etc. Since doing the releasing technique, the problem faded away. Actually, I feel like a new person. I am glad, because this was the reason I took the live course.Financially, I am getting web development contracts on a steady basis. Money seems to be flowing in effortlessly. Now I'm trying to work on the butt technique, but anyway, I feel much better financially and things are taking shape. I've been into Metaphysics and self-help most of my life, and now I am finally able to write a book, my writer's block is gone!

Another interesting thing that happened to me and my wife, is time distortion believe it or not. A couple of days ago, my wife had a huge train delay, and she started releasing (sorry, she read your book, and Lester's books as well, so I couldn't keep it from her), to make a long story short, she arrived at school at the exact time for her class, and, based on all the delays, she should be getting there at least a half hour late! I could not explain her the WHY, but I said; Just keep on releasing and stop trying to figure it out…time is an illusionI am feeling peaceful, and having moments of no-mind, where all the thoughts stop and I experience NIRVANA. I searched for this state all my life, and now I can get into it just by releasing. I am very thankful to you and Lester, and I can't wait to take the facilitator's course to be able to share it with the rest of me. My goal now is to be the man who introduces the release technique to Brazil, my home land. There are millions of people there, and I wish I can make a difference spreading the message of freedom.

Relieve Anxiety Panic and Fear

Are You Suffering From Anxiety, Panic Attacks & Irrational Fear?

Do you get anxious for no particular reason whatsoever?

Are you going about your day – or in bed at night – and suddenly (out of nowhere) you experience a severe panic attack?

Listen, If you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks you’ve probably tried medication or some kind of counselling therapy.

Both of which can help. To an extent.

However, many people report that although it’s nice to “have a chat” with their counselor - they find counselling and/or therapy an extremely costly and time consuming process. A process that - at best - only helps people to cope (or manage) their anxiety feelings.

What you’ll notice is it’s just a feeling. That’s right. Anxiety is just a feeling.

I was the strongest I have ever been and I have lost 30 lbs. in the last four months.

    I have a huge aversion to flying. This past Thursday I flew to South Florida. The whole flight was typical afternoon thunderstorms. I usually can not read during turbulence and hold on as though I was going to fall out of my seat. But, on these tow flights I released my fear. I didn’t grab the seat or put my book down during either flight. The relaxation for me on the flight was great.
