Do you get anxious for no particular reason whatsoever?
Are you going about your day – or in bed at night – and suddenly (out of nowhere) you experience a severe panic attack?
Are you fearful you’ll “black out” from a panic attack at any moment?
If so, you NEED to read this:

Listen, If you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks you’ve probably tried medication or some kind of counselling therapy.
Both of which can help. To an extent.
Take medication for example. Medication (synthetic or herbal) will (in most cases) give you a mental “lift” – allowing you to cope better with life’s ups-and-downs, from day-to-day.
However, the problem with medication is it really only “masks” the DEEP ROOTED feelings of anxiety.
And as you probably know – a few days after coming off the medication the full force of those anxiety ridden feelings surface again. Leaving you back at square one.
The other downside of medication is taking anti-anxiety pills for a prolonged length of time is it’s very easy to become “hooked” on the medication.
Of course you can (and maybe have) gone to see a counsellor about your panic attacks. Which many people suffering from anxiety and panic attacks find extremely helpful.
After all, a counselor can help you work through some of the issues that have triggered your anxiety and panic attacks. At least on an intellectual level.
However, many people report that although it’s nice to “have a chat” with their counselor - they find counselling and/or therapy an extremely costly and time consuming process. A process that - at best - only helps people to cope (or manage) their anxiety feelings.
As you think about your anxiety, ask yourself “what is it really?”
What you’ll notice is it’s just a feeling. That’s right. Anxiety is just a feeling.
Maybe you already know that.
But what you probably don’t know (yet!) is the simple do-it-yourself technique to “releasing” your anxious feelings.

The Release Technique is a scientifically proven method of first “getting in touch” with your anxiety feelings and then, through a series of easy to learn self-inquiry questions simply “releasing” the feeling. It sounds very simple. And it is.
The Release Technique although very simple – is extremely effective. That’s because it targets the root cause of the problem – your feelings.
And yes, it works even on severe chronic anxiety. As well as so called “chemically
imbalanced” people.
I feel lighter and more at peace. I have done Est, the Forum, and all of the AVATAR©, courses, and have made gains from them all, but, this course was so easy, requiring no traveling and inexpensive, yet so powerful. Even though I completed the course, I find that I’m still Releasing every day. My levels of anger and anxiety (I think they’re releated) are much lower and I find it easy and natural to Release when feelings come up.

Playing major college football forces you to be in a tense state of readiness. When training with weights you psych yourself up as though you were a balloon about to explode prior to your lifts. You are similar to a stretched rubber band about to snap. The attachment to the strength gains is almost addictive. The other day I released my attachment to each exercise while training. I was the strongest I have ever been and I have lost 30 lbs. in the last four months.
I have a huge aversion to flying. This past Thursday I flew to South Florida. The whole flight was typical afternoon thunderstorms. I usually can not read during turbulence and hold on as though I was going to fall out of my seat. But, on these tow flights I released my fear. I didn’t grab the seat or put my book down during either flight. The relaxation for me on the flight was great.
