Do you have trouble dropping off to sleep at night?
Do you toss and turn all night – unable to mentally “switch off”?
Are you mentally and physically fatigued throughout the day – but you still can’t get a full nights sleep?
If you regularly have trouble dropping off to sleep, or you’re restless throughout the night you already know from experience the worst thing you can do is try to get to sleep.
It doesn’t work, does it? The more you try to get to sleep the more difficult it is to simply go to sleep.

And so many people turn to sleeping tablets.
Which can certainly help. At least on a temporary basis. As in getting you back into a healthy sleeping pattern.
But it’s not a good idea to become dependant on sleeping tablets. Apart from being very addictive they can cause all kinds of nasty harm to your body.
Of course you can try some kind of relaxation technique like yoga or meditation.
And while these can be very beneficial to people in terms of regaining a healthy night’s sleep – most people simply don’t have the time to devote to meditation and yoga etc., to see any improvements in their sleep whatsoever. In fact, it can take years to see any benefit from yoga and meditation.
You can only get a good night’s sleep if your mind and body are sufficiently relaxed. Of course, for the vast majority of people that’s easier said than done.
But there is, thankfully, a “do-it-yourself”, easy-to-learn technique that has been scientifically proven to totally relax the mind and body. Allowing you to easily and effortlessly enjoy a deep and full night’s sleep. The kind of sleep that re-energises you for the day ahead.
It’s called the Release Technique. And it’s worked for hundreds of thousands of people around the globe to feel relaxed in both mind and body.
Every day of the Retreat brought with it a new set of miracles. I no longer get hives or anxiety attacks. I was able to cure a bad head cold. I have been sleeping soundly and waking up refreshed after 4 months of insomnia. But, even better than that, I feel like I have out from under a rock. I have more confidence and I feel so serene. I feel love for myself for the first time and I am starting to trust myself. I now believe that all is possible.

I threw my sleeping pills away the third night and I was able to sleep. The fourth night was even better. All this after years of having a problem with sleep apnea. I was able to release the crown of tension from around my head by truly loving myself and releasing the disapproval of always having to do everything perfectly.
