If you’re overweight and you want top slim down – you’ve probably already spent (and wasted) lots of money on a variety of diet books, diet pills, shakes, weight loss clubs… exercise equipment… and the like.

The Release Technique has nothing to do with following any set program or set of “do and don’t” rules. Instead it’s technique whereby you simply acknowledge your feelings around food as they arise (i.e. your craving feelings) and then using the releasing questions – you let those feelings go.
And the more you “release” the feelings – the more you’ll suddenly feel no desire to overeat or habitually eat badly. The “got to eat it” feelings will simply be gone and weight loss follows.
