Quitting Smoking – Part II
As a result of quitting smoking initially gained 6-pounds and decided that weight gain wasn’t acceptable. So I began working with the Release Technique® method on losing the weight as a result of my quitting smoking. Each week I released on my weight and on my being a non-smoker. Well, my weight started to drop. Initially the weight dropped by only a few pounds, and then a few more pounds, and over time a little more. Looking back at my overall results includes my being 37 pounds lighter and wearing pants that are 3-sizes smaller. My weight is actually what it was upon graduating from high school some 28 years ago. So including feeling and looking like a teenager is certainly something that I never considered as the result of quitting smoking. These truly incredible accomplishments are the benefits from my finally quitting smoking and using the Release Technique®!
Other successes related to my quitting smoking include having more energy. Initially I began walking short distances and today I walk approximately 1½ to 2 hours on most days without feeling fatigued in any way. Other benefits to quitting smoking include my skin clearing up and my complexion became brighter. My cholesterol levels dropped from 205 to 157 without medication as a result of clearing more programs. So this is certainly worth mentioning as it resulted after quitting the smoking habit. An important benefit of quitting smoking for me was the financial savings. In my making the decision to finally quit smoking has directly resulted in all of these positive accomplishments.
The best achievement of my quitting smoking is that it feels good to leave this habit behind. You too can achieve wonderful health and have a rippling of accumulative and positive benefits by learning the Release Technique® for yourself. The gift of finally quitting smoking has changed my life in innumerable ways by releasing the limitations and learning to do things in a positive manner.
