This special course will be facilitated by Rebecca Quave on a conference call with graduates from all over the world, for two hours each Monday evening, for six weeks at 8 pm (Eastern Standard Time). Graduates will call in to a special bridgeline set up for this course. You will receive a course workbook and assignments, specially designed by Lester Levenson. You will also be assigned a releasing partner to release with each day. The Weight-Fitness & Health Course was created to fill a need. Graduates wanted more. The tools they had acquired were powerful and yet they asked for something which would help them incorporate the Release Technique even more into their daily lives.
