Have you ever been gripped by the overwhelming fear of anxiety?
Have you ever been in a social setting (like a busy airport, busy subway or shopping mall) and… suddenly… out of nowhere… your hands and forehead are sweating… and you realize you’re having a panic or anxiety attack?
You know, when you can hardly breathe… and you think you’re going to “black out”… even die… because you have no control of the raw fear that is strangling your entire body!
It can be the worst feeling in the world can’t it?
One minute you’re going about your day just fine… and then… “out of the blue” you’re overcome with a sense of… utter helplessness and dread that you are unable to escape!
As you think about your anxiety, ask yourself “what is it really?”
What you’ll notice is it’s just a feeling. That’s right. Anxiety is just a feeling.
Maybe you already know that.
But what you probably don’t know (yet!) is the simple do-it-yourself technique to “releasing” your anxious feelings.
If you suffer from anxiety and panic attacks maybe you’ve already tried medication or some kind of counseling or other therapy.
If not, these are your options:
Option 1 – Medication: Go to you friendly doctor and he’ll more than likely load you up with and addictive pill that – although appearing to work like a charm, what it does is merely mask your anxiety feelings. They do not get rid of the underlying cause (the feelings) of the emotional pain. And of course, your nightmare really begins if you ever stop taking the medication, as you will begin to experience anxiety like you wouldn’t believe.
Option 2 – See a Counselor or Therapist: It’s sometimes good to talk, but who wants to see a professional listener? Most likely you already know the what, why and when your anxiety feelings reveal themselves, so reliving past traumatic and hurtful experiences years down the line while you’re out of pocket and no closer to an anxiety-free life doesn’t sound much of a solution.
Option 3 – Anti-anxiety programs: Take your pick from the mountain of “how to get rid of anxiety” eBooks, CD Courses, manuals, coaching programs, workshops or seminars; all promising to rid you of anxiety. The best of these, if and when you complete the course, offer a derivative of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which at best might achieve a 3% success rate.

Option 4 – The Release Technique: The Release Technique is a scientifically proven, all-natural, do-it-yourself technique for “releasing” negative feelings. So, you can use the Release Technique at any time throughout the day to “release” the underlying feelings that are causing your anxiety, fear or frustration.
In fact, you can use The Release Technique to completely “release” even the most severe long-held negative feelings – including stress, depression, anxiety, grief and anger. You don’t have to know why you have any particular negative feeling either – you just use the Release Technique to “release” the feeling – on-the-spot, as it arises - and you’ll very quickly discover for yourself how much more peaceful, relaxed and totally “in the moment” you are.
And when you are totally “in the moment” – it’s IMPOSSIBLE to experience any kind of emotional trauma or negative feeling.
I feel lighter and more at peace. I have done Est, the Forum, and all of the AVATAR©, courses, and have made gains from them all, but, this course was so easy, requiring no traveling and inexpensive, yet so powerful. Even though I completed the course, I find that I’m still Releasing every day. My levels of anger and anxiety (I think they’re releated) are much lower and I find it easy and natural to Release when feelings come up.

Playing major college football forces you to be in a tense state of readiness. When training with weights you psych yourself up as though you were a balloon about to explode prior to your lifts. You are similar to a stretched rubber band about to snap. The attachment to the strength gains is almost addictive. The other day I released my attachment to each exercise while training. I was the strongest I have ever been and I have lost 30 lbs. in the last four months.
I have a huge aversion to flying. This past Thursday I flew to South Florida. The whole flight was typical afternoon thunderstorms. I usually can not read during turbulence and hold on as though I was going to fall out of my seat. But, on these two flights I released my fear. I didn’t grab the seat or put my book down during either flight. The relaxation for me on the flight was great.
