Lester and all the masters are here with us. Every single second they are with us. We just have to call on them.

Now there is just a resting. Things happen, and don't happen, but that has nothing to do with me and everything to do with me.

I would encourage every one of you who has the method to continue releasing. To continue releasing until you have all the peace and joy that is rightfully yours. And this is possible this very lifetime if you would do it.

We start and then we stop. Then we start again, and then we stop. And so it goes on. This is because the decision has not been made. Once the decision has been made, then the releasing momentum starts, and releasing becomes easier and easier.

The problem is you do not really want freedom. You talk about it and think about it, but ultimately you really do not want it. If you did then there would be no stopping. You would rather bathe in misery. You love your stories and suffering too much. Take a good look inside and see for yourself.

The method is the most powerful tool available. It is the most highest method possible. What is it?; "I am not this feeling, I am not this feeling, I am not this feeling." It is stopping you identifying with the lesser part of you. We take this beautiful gift and we bastardize it. We use it for the lesser part of ourselves.

So make the decision now.

See the mind for what it is. Stop acting like an idiot and identifying with garbage. Let it go on telling its stories. What has that got to do with you?

The peace and relief you will experience is indescribable. A peace that will always be apparent. There will still be situations and dramas, but that peace will always be.

Do you know what sheer ecstasy it is where you no longer have to listen to that garbage? No more questions, doubts or self recriminations. And even if they do come, they can never touch you again.
