I suffered for several years from severe acid reflux with excruciating pains in my chest, neck, & arms--to the point of having to lie down & cry for 3 -5 hours after eating something "wrong." A few days ago, I was out shopping, got too hungry, drove through a fast food place, got a double cheeseburger, and slammed it down in less than a minute! The fear & worry showed up right away; so I put my head down, quit trying to figure it out, quit disapproving of myself for eating something "bad," released the fear, the disapproval, & the reflux, gave myself, my body, & the reflux lots of approval, went into the next store, and continued my shopping with only the faintest hint of discomfort in my throat for about 5 minutes. This is truly a miracle, as far as I am concerned.

I learned the Release Technique about three years ago. I was selling electronic parts to a major manufacturer. I have just finished The Abundance Course. This is what I have received from doing the work.

A knee injury that was suppose to require surgery is 95% healed (still working on this one). I've lost 17 pounds of body fat. This was amazing because with rigorous exercise and all sorts of diets I couldn't get rid of this weight for decades. This was relatively effortless.

I'm physically stronger than I've ever been. I've been working out with weights for over 20 years and in the last month my strength has increased more than I thought was humanly possible. And I'm no longer fatigued after exercise. I need less sleep and have more energy.

I had a problem with receding gums and sensitive teeth and that has disappeared. My appetite has really changed. All of my 'nervous' eating is gone. I'm calmer than I've ever been and I've been meditating for more than 20 years. I use to go through bouts of depression and they are history. I'm 45 years old and my hair started to get thinner a few years ago. Well, I think my hair has stopped falling out and it may be growing.

I had a traumatic eye injury when I was 12 and lost the sight in my right eye. Having been a chiropractor and into holistic healing for over 15 years, I've been to many 'healers' that said they could heal my eye and return my sight. Well, they were all very disappointing, I've begun releasing on this project and have started to notice activity in this eye. Nothing dramatic yet, but I'm going to be persistent with this. The best gain has been healing my physical body; the asthma is almost gone and I do not take medication on a regular basis for it anymore. Through releasing only, my vision improved from a -4.75 diopter and -5.00 diopter to 0.50 and -0.75; that is almost like not wearing contacts anymore and I am 47 years old, no reading glasses either. Seeing clearly through my own eyes is a wonderful gift that I have not know since I was in second grade.

Also, I received a gift of $10,000 from my mother just last year, which was totally unexpected and surprising, as that is very unlike her.
