Are you living an “emotionally handicapped” life because you’re suffering from post-formatted stress disorder (PTSD)?
Are you experiencing recurring thoughts, dreams and “flashbacks” of a trauma you witnessed?
Are you trying to avoid conversations, places, people or anything which may trigger distressing memories of the trauma?
Maybe you’ve already tried to deal with your PTSD in the past.
If not, here are your options:
OPTION 1 – Medication: Go see a GP and they’ll most likely “load you up” with prescription medication – including antidepressants, anti-anxiety pills and sleeping pills. Those pills will probably give you some relief from your emotional trauma. But they are only a short-term option as those medications
can be extremely addictive and harmful to your body if taken over long periods of time. And really, all those medications do is “mask over” the emotional pain. They do not get rid of the underlying cause (the feelings) of the emotional pain.
OPTION 2 – Counseling / Therapy: Counseling and/or therapy can be great for exploring the underlying cause of your emotional trauma. However the process of counseling and therapy is most often an extremely distressing, drawn out and costly experience for the patient. And let’s face it, you probably already know the cause of your emotional trauma.
OPTION 3 – Hypnotherapy: Hypnotherapy can give you temporary relief to emotional trauma. But for most people with deep emotional trauma (like PTSD) hypnotherapy has very limited success. And for any long lasting effect – you need to make repeated visits to an extremely good – and extremely expensive – hypnotherapist.

OPTION 4 – The Release Technique: The Release Technique is a scientifically proven, all-natural, do-it-yourself technique for “releasing” negative feelings. So, you can use the Release Technique at any time throughout the day to “release” the underlying feelings that are causing your emotional trauma and PTSD.
In fact, you can use the Release Technique to completely “release” even the most severe long-held negative feelings – including stress, depression, anxiety, grief and anger. You don’t have to know why you have any particular negative feeling either – you just use the Release Technique to “release” the feeling – on-the-spot, as it arises - and you’ll very quickly discover for yourself how much more peaceful, relaxed and totally “in the moment” you are.
And when you are totally “in the moment” – it’s IMPOSSIBLE to experience any kind of emotional trauma or negative feeling.
I was so down and having all the grief feelings towards me and all the things that had happened in the past. Then on the second day I found peace in me and I am very happy that I am now at peace–finally.
I actually let go of beating myself up - I hadn’t thought it was possible. I feel exhilarated and energetic after years of fatigue. I have more clarity and peace and improved self confidence — I have a feeling of ‘I can’ after years of depressions and anxiety -Thank you Larry.

When I got here, I did not know what to expect. I have some fear and a lot of grief. By releasing all of this, my life changed for the better. My health is improving. I have more energy. I’m not as tired as I used to be. I don’t need to take naps in the afternoon any more. At night, I sleep like a baby, and wake up refreshed in the morning. Also, I control myself and no one controls me anymore.
