If we are struggling for any reason, it is simply because we are holding in mind that things are difficult. We all know what struggling feels like. What we may not realize, is that we are the ones who are sustaining the struggle by wanting to be right or by believing we have to struggle in order to get what we would like to have. Holding onto fear, anger or other frustrations also sustains the struggle. The moment we surrender to being resolved about an issue, allows for forward progress to begin. Letting go of struggle includes a willingness to be resolved about an issue or perhaps noticing a decision to experience something else. In the moment that we decide to see things from a positive perspective, results in our creating a path that that wasn’t previously noticeable to us. Remember when you decide to have a positive intention such as, “I allow myself to be peacefully resolved with whatever you are working on (i.e. goal…, weight…, health…, financial or relationship issues), that’s what you are holding in mind.
Struggling is an emotional dilemma that we are creating. The minute we stop struggling and honestly make a decision to favorably do or not do something, the matter begins to undo itself. So as Lester Levenson has said, “When there are problems, if we would love more they would disappear. When the love is complete, the problem dissolves immediately.” This suggestion is pointing out that whatever we are challenged by, is because we don’t like that situation. In order for something to change, we have to be in acceptance of it. If we are arguing, struggling, or insisting on being right, we are only aggravating ourselves and sustaining the problem further.
Ask yourself if worrying or complaining has ever resolved anything? Honestly, neither has helped you to achieve a positive outcome. Worry is in the realm of fear. And although complaining may also be associated with fear; it most likely falls into the category of pride, or possibly lust. The good news is if we can recognize our own limitations, we can move past them. Letting go of struggling is quite simply making a decision to examine our thinking and correct what we are holding in mind. Remember we cannot ‘want’ and ‘have’ at the same time. Wanting is lusting and is also an admission of lack. It is saying we don’t have it, and don’t know how to get it for ourselves. Having of anything is always experienced in the realms of courageousness, acceptance, or peace. When we have something, or have positively acquired our goal, all associated wanting stops, along with any remaining struggle. Struggling to figure it out also subsides. So having-ness is actually an experiential process. Once we understand this, we can begin to have better outcomes more of the time.
By holding in mind ONLY what we want allows for us to overturn any obstacle! Another way of saying this is, “There are NO impossibles!” If you knew you couldn’t fail, where is the obstacle? The obstacle or limitations exist in the form of beliefs such as “I can’t! I won’t! It’ll never work out! It’s too hard! It’s too scary!” These thoughts are creating issues related to difficulty and struggle. Notice if we replace thoughts of limitation with more positive choices we are letting go of feeling challenged negatively. We are also creating much better outcomes for ourselves. For example, if we say, “I can easily take care of this request! This is a wonderful plan! This can be handled easily! I am looking so forward to working on this project!” By holding in mind better outcomes, also feels better. A positive intention always includes a positive result which is what the Law of Attraction is all about. Positive attracts positive and negative attracts negative. How can it be otherwise? Our thoughts create our realities and not the other way around.
So by deciding to let go of the habit of struggling and utilizing better intentions or choices, allows for us to become more confident and successful. Therefore each positive intention is like a seed within a garden. Each positive seed will produce more of the same. Struggling is simply a choice. Change your mind and everything changes.

The world isn’t interested in a quiet mind. The world is interested in a noisy, agitated, worked-up mind. Just look at the news today about the pandemic, vaccine and the recent Election. There is even more noise today. Is it any surprise most people in the world aren’t happy? Is it any surprise most people in the world are sick, miserable and suffering? Not to mention living in a state of lack?
The best proof that happiness comes from a quiet mind is looking at the noisy world and how unhappy a majority of its 7 billion inhabitants are. Noise is the coin of the realm of worldliness. Noise. And the louder the better to drown out the suppressed feelings caused by all the noise using even more and more noise.
How many people can just sit comfortably in the quiet of their mind? Most of the world says, turn on the TV. Turn it up loud, so I can hear it. Turn up that car radio. I want to memorize those lyrics to that new song. Let’s go to the movies and watch the latest blow ‘em up, shoot ‘em up. Let’s get a new sound system so we can have a speaker in every room. Surround sound. Yes, surround your self with sound, with noise, with chatter and clatter. That’s the world’s take on it.
The more noise, the more excitement, the more thrills, the better life it is. So the world seems to think. Then why is everyone so unhappy? Why are more and more people getting sick. Why so many prescription drugs being sold? Why so many medical tests? Why so much insomnia, stress, heart trouble? Why so much stress, anxiety and fighting?
Could it be, the very thing you cherish is the cause of your demise?
What if there were a war and no one came?

There’s a lot of fear running through the world right now with the outbreak of the corona virus.
You’re probably feeling some of this negative emotion yourself even if you try to keep focused only on the positive news and avoid the negative. You can’t help but notice it because it is all around us. Lock-downs, masks, sanitizers, economy downfall, you name it we have it.
If you are experiencing a lot of fear (or even a little of fear) take some time to notice that you are probably operating on automatic. The fear that you are feeling is just a deep (subconscious) knee-jerk response stimulated by everything we see happening “around” us. And it comes up automatically for all of us.
You see, we are used to thinking that fear somehow protects us or saves us. However, if you examine this closely, you will notice that the fear always makes us contract and reject. And by making us do that, instead of helping us, it is actually putting in place a powerful block to our health, wealth and well-being.
Look closely at the fear itself. It is always about some imagined future event (even if it is just a second from now) or some past event (even if it was just a second ago) that we expect to have re-appear again.
The truth is, nothing is really happening to you right now, correct? In this moment, there is only mind chatter with emotions running and sensations being felt. That is all.
All our fears are actually imagined. It is a “bag of nothing” trying to convince us to become resistant, constrained and manifest a whole bunch of problems for ourselves.
Lester Levenson used to say, “fear it and you will appear it.”
What will appear in your day-to-day reality and life experience will be a “reflection” of the fear you have inside.
In other words: you are creating your fears.
You are creating the very thing you want to change!
Which, I’m sure you’d agree, is not the smartest thing to do – once you become conscious of what you are creating.
Thankfully, all fears can be dissolved and you can experience an inner-transmutation into love.
The only thing required from you is to transmute all fear into love.
The rest will take care of itself.
Transmuting fear into love does require consistency and initial effort though.

You would have to be completely out of it not to feel threatened.
All these messages, firing at you all day and night about Covid-19. Over the television. Over the news. Over the internet!
Everybody conspiring to scare you to death. Or better said, about death.
Let’s clear up something right now, early on. From Lester: “If you feel sick, try to cure it spiritually. If you can’t cure it spiritually, do it mentally. If you can’t cure it mentally, see a doctor.” (From Lester’s Autobiography, No Attachments, No Aversions. It’s a fun read. Full of fantastic insights. If you don’t own it, grab it right away.)
Here’s something else Lester said, “What comes out of your mouth is much worse for you than anything you put into it.”
That last bit is dedicated to all those so-called friends who insist on telling you and me and everyone within earshot, that the delicious morsel we’re about to put in our mouth is bad for us and will probably do some bad thing to us.
Stop it already with programming others about what’s good for them and what’s bad for them. Not to mention making yourself crazy trying to keep track of all that falderal. Particularly because yesterday’s bad for you is today’s good for you, according to the latest study, of course.
It’s very freeing to get out of the “good for you, bad for you” fear habit. Try it. You’ll like it.
(A not so subtle hint: What’s actually bad for you, and me, and all the rest of us, is our thinking!)
It’s the stories you’ve cooked-up and tell, or should I say, sell, yourself all the time. This is good for you. That is bad for you. This will hurt you. That will help you. Somebody fed all of that to you. You swallowed it hook, line, and sinker at three years old. Now it’s a rock solid conviction making you nervous as heck.
And it’s more limitation. It’s believing your thoughts. The obvious ones that say, you can’t do this, you can’t do that. The less obvious ones. The ones that keep you on edge, feeling out of control and insecure. Such as the thought that says, you are this body. Once you believe that myth, you’re prey to all of those who want to make a lot of money off your belief that you must protect and medicate this body.
Example: The News blasts out all the many ways the body you think you are is threatened with a virus or death.
The medical industrialists make up mysterious code like ABCD or XYZX. Call it: “multiple diagnoses.”
All the bad things that can and probably will happen to you. That’s what the medical industrialists and their lackeys in the media want you to believe.
Not to worry about those life-threatening viruses. We have an antibody or fascine to clear that up. Only $100 for a 30 day supply. Unless you have insurance. Then lucky you, maybe only $20. And please pay attention to the side effects. It could make you fall asleep at the wheel. It could make you feel worse than you do now. It could kill you. No kidding. You know the way they like to say it these days, really? As in, you’re not serious are you?
People line up, lemming like, by the millions. They can’t wait to get started because it might cure their XYZ. Or kill them, and then they won’t have to worry about what they call “their” XYZ anymore. The U.S. makes up 5% of the world’s population. Yet Americans consume 80% of the world’s pain-killers, 99% of the world’s Vicodan, 30 million plus are on sleeping pills. A friend of mine was having trouble sleeping after a trip abroad. He asked me if I take sleeping pills. My response was, “What’s wrong with not sleeping?” What’s wrong with letting go of resisting, letting go of wanting control and just allowing yourself to toss and turn? It’s not the lack of sleep causing you to feel out of sorts. It’s your resistance.
Some people are already mad about what they’ve read so far. It’s because most of us humans, identified with and run by ego, secretly admire troubles and problems. They give us a sense of self. False though it is. If I can say, I have XYZ, in a perverse way it gives me a feeling comfort. Watch. People say, “my XYZ.” “My ABC.” “My epizootic.” As if it’s their treasured possession.
A recent piece in the Release Magazine was called the “Epidemic of Diagnoses.” That’s the real sickness—all the diagnoses. But we can give you an MRI. Be sure to bring your ID card.
Sneeze. Then run to a website and read all the possible diagnoses for sneezing. It could be this. It could be that. If it’s the other thing, rush yourself to the hospital and get tested.
Those TV commercials are designed to make you wonder: “Maybe that’s what causes my (fill in the blank).”
Someone has the sniffles. A person nearby is almost sure to say, “You must be coming down with Covad.”
Sneeze. Somebody freaks out. They cover their mouth and nose and say, “You’re getting a cold or you should be tested for Covad.”
There’s a pandemic happening. Disinfectant wipes are clogging up the sewers. Seriously. The medical industrialists have millions of us so scared that we’re washing our hands all day and night with disinfectant wipes.
We, infinite, unlimited beings, afraid of something so infinitesimally small that it takes a very powerful microscope just to see it, said Lester.
Eisenhower called-out the military industrial complex. Let’s call-out the medical industrial complex. They’re objective is to make money. Big money. They sell you on diagnoses. Military industrial complexes need wars. Medical industrial complexes need sick people. You really think they want to cure disease and put themselves out of business?
The medical industrial complex wants to program us. It wants to create expectations of sickness in us. With those expectations, we create what we hold in mind.
No surprise that you feel threatened.
The real threat is simply your thinking. Most people firmly believe what they think. Thoughts overwhelm them non-stop. Sickness advertising promotes thoughts that say, you’re probably going to get sick and die.
You feel threatened and out of control. You’re convinced all these forces are out to get you. You’ve developed expectations of trouble and problems.
What to do about it: “Change your thinking and you change the world for you,” said Lester.
Change your beliefs about sickness. You are an unlimited being—imperturbable—no one or no thing can ever bother you.
Change your belief that you are this body. Mute the drug commercials. Turn off the news.
People think they need to clean up their diet. What they really need to do is clean up the noise they’re allowing into their mind; from TV, from the media with their constant focus on what’s wrong, what’s bad, what’s out to get you.
Stop letting them persuade you. Stop letting them manipulate you. Stop faking it that you are this limited being subject to microscopic bugs, politicians, government, and threats of all kinds.
If you insist on faking something, why not fake your mastership? “Fake it ‘till you make it.”
“Make your behavior like that of a master, “ said Lester. See that you are unlimited. Let go and find out. Could it get even better? Let go and find out.
Release lacking control. Release insecurity. Be not the doer. Surrender all that fear to the Infinite Self—the real You.
Apply the Six Steps.

This year has been an incredibly challenging year for most. We have been seeing many Releasers signing up for classes for a reboot. The term reboot, is thought to originate from the computing term reboot, meaning to restart a computer system. A reboot is to refresh the storyline and elements of life.
We need to take a second look at our lives and reboot our goals in 2020. Since we have been teaching the Method, we have noticed that not many of you are really putting Releasing to the Ultimate test with “The Big Covad-19 Issue”
Not many of you are stretching yourselves and challenging Releasing with “The Big Goal of become resilient to whatever life throws at you.”…
Let’s look at health – a diagnosis, for example (but please feel free to substitute any major issue you are facing here instead). We have yet to meet anyone on the planet who is totally thrilled with his or her body! Today more people are concerned with their preexisting health issues. To be human is to disapprove of (at least some aspect) of the body we have! And when a diagnosis comes in, add fear and all sorts of other feelings to that disapproval…
Why don’t you do something about that diagnosis with Releasing? It is not insurmountable! A diagnosis is simply a collection of symptoms that cause disharmony in the body. Release the disharmony and drop the diagnosis.
This is the Year to Reboot your thoughts and become resilient.
So ask yourself: Who is writing the rules here, anyway?! Are you the Boss or are you giving up your power?
Reminder: Life is a Decision; a Release is just a Decision that says, “Yes, I can let that go.”
Please take a moment and discriminate. The body was created by the mind to preoccupy you and keep your focus away from realizing your Infinity. When you give up your decision-making power to an outside authority, you have surrendered to the Ego! Ego has you right where it wants you – and you feel that the body, a doctor, is controlling you, rather than you controlling the situation yourself.
Please note that you do not have to be an “advanced Releaser” to achieve magical goals.
You can do it, too.
You can achieve “The Big Goal”. Impossibilities are just thoughts Ego has thrown across your path. Be the Boss. You don’t have to believe us, you can prove that it works for yourself! Challenge Releasing. Get going!
