Sedona sits approximately 125 miles north of Phoenix, 40 miles south of Flagstaff, and 2 hours and 20 minutes south of the Grand Canyon. Sedona Mago Retreat is located 16 miles southwest of Sedona, Arizona between Sedona and Cottonwood.
Dinner served in the Dining Hall 5:30 – 7pm. Retreat sign in begins at 7pm and the first meeting starts at 7:30pm.
AZ Shuttle provides shuttle service from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport directly to Sedona Mago Retreat, $71 each way or $142 round trip.
Reservations can be made online at Arizona Shuttle. Online reservations must be made before 6:00 pm the night before travel in order to guarantee your space. For reservations made after 6:00 pm the day before your travel day, call the AZ shuttle office directly to confirm your space at 1-800-888-2749 or 928-282-2066.
When you arrive at the airport, go to the baggage claim area and find the “AZ City to City Shuttle Check” counter. This is where you wait for the shuttle.

Check in/Check out:
Our official check in time is 4pm. If a room is available prior, we happy to accommodate. We cannot guarantee early check ins. We can store luggage as needed. We have a strict 12pm check out time. Any requests for a late check out can be negotiated individually at the Welcome Center.
There is no access to an ATM on sight, or a cashback option – please bring enough cash for staff gratuities or gift shop purchases. We also accept all major credit cards with a minimum $5 purchase.
Dining:
Meals are served buffet-style and are only available during Dining Hall hours of operation.
Breakfast: 7am – 8:30 am
Lunch: 11:30 am – 1 pm
Dinner: 5:30 pm – 7 pm
