We compiled the best of the best from our teachers’ cleanups that walk you through exercises that are sure to get your mind quiet and closer to freedom. The audios provide graduates with a variety of Clean-Up Sessions and give you an opportunity to get to know the teachers and their different approaches to applying the principles of releasing.
