This agreement contains all the terms and conditions that apply to your participation in the Release Technique Affiliate Program
Enrollment in the Program
To enroll in the Program you must complete our Affiliate Program Application Form. We will evaluate your request and notify you of our decision to accept or reject your application. We may reject your application if we determine (at our sole discretion) that you website or other promotional methods are unsuitable for the Program. Unsuitable content or websites include those that:
-Promote illegal activities
-Include “Release Technique”, “The Abundance Course”, other registered trademarks of Release Technique, or variations or misspellings of these terms in their domain names or e-mail addresses.
-Disparage Release Technique or the Release Technique brand
-Offer unauthorized discounts on Release Technique Products or Services
If we accept your application and at a later time determine that your promotional methods are unsuitable (at our sole discretion), we may terminate this agreement.
Benefits
We will provide you with various promotional materials from time to time and we will pay you a referral fee on all purchases referred by you.
Links to Our Website
Once you have been notified that you have been accepted into the Program, you may display links to our website from your e-mails and/or website. We will provide you with banner ads to use in linking to our website. To accurately track report and pay referral fees, we will provide you with unique “tracking links” to be used in all links to our site. You must ensure that each of the links between your site and our site properly uses these link formats in order to be properly compensated. You will only earn referral fees from activities on our site that is associated with you by one of your links. We will not be liable to you in any way for your failure to properly use your tracking links, including for reduction in revenue which would otherwise be payable to you under this agreement.
Order Processing
We will process orders placed by customers who follow your tracking links to our site.
We reserve the right to reject orders that do not comply with requirements that we periodically may establish. We will be responsible for all aspects of order processing and fulfillment. Among other things we will prepare order forms, process payments, cancellations and returns and handle customer service. We will track sales made to customers who purchase using tracking links and make reports available to you summarizing this sales activity. The form, content and frequency of these reports may vary from time to time at our discretion.
Referral Fees
We will pay you a referral fee for products purchased by unrelated parties made on our website using your special tracking links. For a purchase to be eligible for a referral fee, the purchaser must link to our site through one of your tracking links, make a purchase through the e-commerce system on our site, receive the product at the shipping location designated on the order and make full payment for the product to us. You may not offer any incentive for the customer to use any link. Incentives barred include discounts, rebates, rewards programs or any other compensation intended to promote linking to our site using you tracking links. Cancellation of orders or return of products purchased using your links will result in a reversal of any referral fees accrued.
Referral Fee Schedule
You will earn referral fees based solely on the sale of Release Technique products. The current fee schedule is shown in “Exhibit A”
Referral Fee Payment
Affiliate fee payments are made monthly through check. All payments will be made in U.S. Dollars. We reserve the right to withhold commission payments that are less than $100. Once payments due reach $100 or more, the payment will be released in the next monthly payment cycle.
Policies and Pricing
Customers who buy products through the Affiliate Program will be considered customers of Release Technique. All Release Technique rules, policies and operating procedures will apply to those customers. We may change our policies, operating procedures, or pricing at any time without notice.
Limited License
We grant you a nonexclusive, revocable right to use the graphical images we provide solely to promote Release Technique products. You may not make changes of any kind to the graphical images. We reserve all of our rights in the graphical images and text, our trade names and trademarks and all other intellectual property rights. We may revoke this license at any time by providing you written notice.
Term of Agreement
This agreement shall be in force from the time of your acceptance to the program until you or we cancel the agreement. Upon cancellation, you will cease to use any graphical images, links or text for promoting Release technique products or linking to Release Technique’s site. Referral fees will accrue up until the date of termination. Referral fees earned through the date of termination will be paid provided that the related purchases are not cancelled or returned or the rules of this agreement were not violated by you. We may withhold the amount of final payment for a reasonable period to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
Modification
We may modify the terms of this agreement from time to time by posting a change notice to our website. Modifications may include changes in prices, commission rates, products covered by the program, payment procedures or program rules.
Relationship of Parties
You and we are independent contractors and nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, agency, joint venture, sales representative, franchise, or employment relationship between the parties. You do not have the authority to enter into agreements on our behalf. You may not make any statement that contradicts anything in this section. As an independent contractor, you are responsible for your own local, state and federal taxes.
Disclaimers
We make no express or implied warranties or representations regarding products included in the program. I addition, we do not make any representations that the operation of our site will be error free, and we will not be liable for the consequences of any interruptions or errors.
Due Diligence
You represent that you have read this agreement in its entirety and agree to its terms and conditions. You have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in this program and are not relying on any representation, guarantee, or statement other than as set forth in this agreement
Exhibit “A”
Commissions
In the table below, “Level 1” commissions are payable to the affiliate who directly refers the customer for the sale (the “Level 1 Affiliate”). “Level 2” commissions are payable to the affiliate who recruited the “Level 1 Affiliate” (the “Level 2 Affiliate”). “Level 3” commissions are payable to the Affiliate who recruited the “Level 2” Affiliate.
Commission Schedule:
Level 1: 17%
Level 2: 5%
Level 3: 3%
Commissions are earned at time of customer payment.
