“Focusing on Being Positive”

This year has been another hard year to focus on being positive. With the Politics , Pandemic and potential Wars it has certainly been a hard year. When we focus on being positive everything feels better. Instead of facing another day by looking at more of what’s wrong, or looking at all there is to-do, let’s begin looking at what makes us truly happy. So clearly, if we would like to experience being more positive, all we need to do is begin looking at things in a different way. Being positive is a decision. Let’s take a minute and welcome happiness into our life right in this moment. Notice it feels pleasant. Also notice that you didn’t have to do anything except decide to look towards being positive. Happiness and positive are our basic nature. By welcoming positive into whatever we are doing, is welcoming positive energy into our awareness. We instantly begin to feel happier, more joyous, and also grateful. If you noticed the first thing that we did to accomplish this reality is that we made a decision to focus on being positive. Positive, happy, success and love are all parts of the same energy. When we are focusing on being positive, we are directing our energy towards feeling happy, successful and loving. Same is true when we feel happy; we are allowing ourselves to experience feeling positive and joyful. These energies go hand in hand. Notice all we did was changed our focus.

Now let’s focus on really making our lives more positive. Let’s begin by having an intention to have, do, or be something that we would like to experience. Each positive intention that we initiate allows us to experience more positive outcomes. There truly are no limitations when we are focused on being positive. By deciding to develop a habit of making better decisions helps us to experience life in a more positive manner. We need to remind ourselves that we are in charge of everything that we experience. Being positive ensures that we are experiencing more and more happiness and joy each and every day. Just by deciding to see and experience things in a positive way, realigns our focus and attention. This also creates a shift within our external reality. By holding in mind that we enjoy the positive changes we are inviting into our life, helps us begin to notice more positive experiences. Maintaining a positive attitude requires a consistent focus, as we all have a tendency to fall back into old and somewhat comfortable patterns. Give yourself permission to step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to be positive each day. Each positive step that you take makes it easier for you to take another step. It’s helpful to remember that positive never hurts. Being positive includes: clarity, peacefulness, satisfaction, being gentle and considerate. It’s also includes being kind, calm, joyful, and happy. Please see that being positive is holding in mind only what we would like to experience. Being positive always attracts positive towards us. Remember, that nothing bad ever comes from being positive. Try being for one day and notice the difference in how you feel.

5 Techniques to Quiet Your Mind

The world isn’t interested in a quiet mind.  The world is interested in a noisy, agitated, worked-up mind. Just look at the news today about the pandemic, vaccine and the recent Election. There is even more noise today. Is it any surprise most people in the world aren’t happy? Is it any surprise most people in the world are sick, miserable and suffering?  Not to mention living in a state of lack?

The best proof that happiness comes from a quiet mind is looking at the noisy world and how unhappy a majority of its 7 billion inhabitants are.  Noise is the coin of the realm of worldliness.  Noise. And the louder the better to drown out the suppressed feelings caused by all the noise using even more and more noise.

How many people can just sit comfortably in the quiet of their mind?  Most of the world says, turn on the TV.  Turn it up loud, so I can hear it.  Turn up that car radio. I want to memorize those lyrics to that new song. Let’s go to the movies and watch the latest blow ‘em up, shoot ‘em up.  Let’s get a new sound system so we can have a speaker in every room.  Surround sound. Yes, surround your self with sound, with noise, with chatter and clatter. That’s the world’s take on it.

The more noise, the more excitement, the more thrills, the better life it is. So the world seems to think. Then why is everyone so unhappy? Why are more and more people getting sick.  Why so many prescription drugs being sold? Why so many medical tests?  Why so much insomnia, stress, heart trouble? Why so much stress, anxiety and fighting?

Could it be, the very thing you cherish is the cause of your demise?

What if there were a war and no one came?

What if there were all this noise and no one participated anymore?  Would the war you have going on inside of you cease to be?  Would your stress cease to be?  Would your anxiety finally come to an end? Would your fear disappear?

With the Release Technique tools you can quiet your mind.  You can let go of the noise and the noise-makers and quiet your mind.  As your mind quiets, more and more peace comes in and the happier and happier you become.

It’s the expression, “addition by subtraction.”  As you subtract the noise, you add to your quiet, to your peace of mind, to your happiness.  But, you’ll be bored. You won’t have anything to do. What would you talk about?  You’ll be a zombie.  That’s what you’re mind is saying.  And, that’s how your world operates. The more noise the better.  More concerts, more loud music, more movies, more sporting events, more conversations, more television.  More things to “look forward to.”  More excitement.

It’s all mind noise. It’s all adding more noise to that mind of yours. Where does it all lead?  It leads to what nearly everyone has. Mental bang, bang, bang and not knowing how to put a stop to it.

All you know is to try to escape it.  A few drinks, a tranquilizer, some mindless TV.  Those aren’t escapes. They’re reinforcements.  The very things you use to escape the noise in your head are part of what is causing, or even worse, covering up—suppressing— that noise in the first place.

What’s the answer?  If your computer isn’t working so good, you go in and start deleting the viruses.  Same with your mind.  Is your computer malfunctioning?  Here’s how to measure.  Do you have all the abundance you would like to have?  All the money, all the health, all the loving relationships, all the happiness and success?  If you’re unable to answer yes, go in and start deleting those mental viruses.  Start knocking them out and your mental computer will begin working like it was designed to work. And, you’ll find everything in your life falling into line.

Larry’s Butt System

If you are a releaser, even a total beginner, I’m sure you’re familiar with the phrase: “Using the Butt System.”

With Butt System, all you have to do is sit on your butt, release, and allow EVERYTHING to come to you.

In other words, you actually sit on your rear end and you release all your “I can’t’s” and other mental obstacles and negative feelings.

Then you hold in mind the end result – what it is that you want to achieve.

And then it falls in your lap quickly and effortlessly.

Remember, a mental picturing of that which we want, with the complete acceptance and the conviction that it is yours now, will bring it quickly.

But you have to come from a place where it’s OK to take action, roll up your sleeves and do the work, if that is what it takes.

That is the important piece of the puzzle.

It has to be OK if you are required to do the work and also if you are not required to do the work.

You see, taking action is (usually) standard and a necessary step to fulfilling our goals. Especially if it is inspired action.

A very religious man was once caught in rising floodwaters. He climbed onto the roof of his house and trusted God to rescue him. A neighbor came by in a canoe and said, “The waters will soon be above your house. Hop in and we’ll paddle to safety.”

“No thanks” replied the religious man. “I’ve prayed to God and I’m sure he will save me”

A short time later the police came by in a boat. “The waters will soon be above your house. Hop in and we’ll take you to safety.”

“No thanks” replied the religious man. “I’ve prayed to God and I’m sure he will save me”

A little time later a rescue services helicopter hovered overhead, let down a rope ladder and said. “The waters will soon be above your house. Climb the ladder and we’ll fly you to safety.”

“No thanks” replied the religious man. “I’ve prayed to God and I’m sure he will save me”

All this time the floodwaters continued to rise, until soon they reached above the roof and the religious man drowned. When he arrived at heaven he demanded an audience with God. Ushered into God’s throne room he said, “Lord, why am I here in heaven? I prayed for you to save me, I trusted you to save me from that flood.”

“Yes you did my child” replied the Lord. “And I sent you a canoe, a boat and a helicopter. But you never got in.”

Doing the Butt system isn’t means of escaping working, it’s not meant to avoid things you don’t like.

If you do that, you are not coming from the attitude of imperturbability so it’s likely you will not get all the results from releasing that you’d expect.

Remember, step one of the six steps is the key to everything!

When Lester Levenson spoke about demonstration he said that exactly the same rule of principle applies to demonstrating a penny that applies to demonstrating a billion dollars.

The mind sets the size.

Anyone who can demonstrate a dollar can demonstrate a million dollars. It’s simply a matter of becoming aware of the way you’re demonstrating the one dollar bill and you just put six zeroes after it next time.

That is the basis of the Butt System.

Conscious demonstration of what we choose to have in life, instead of constantly experiencing results of our subconscious (negative) programming over and over again.

However, the Butt System has to be done in a right way following the right sequence!
